The outdoor recreation area offers a great family atmosphere.

I was extremely frustrated with the musty smell in the first room we were given, which was clearly not cleaned properly. Even after moving to a second room, a dehumidifier was running to cover the awful mildew odor, and the staff seemed to be aware of this issue but did nothing substantial to resolve it. Additionally, carrying our bags up a flight of stairs was exhausting, especially considering we are seniors, and the breakfast options were both limited and of poor quality.

The bed was extremely firm, but the well-lit parking lots were great for us.

I loved the outdoor area for family fun and the comfy King Room I stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, and the large TV was a nice touch. Plus, the lit-up mirror was perfect for getting ready in the morning. Definitely a solid spot for families! 😊

the overwhelming smell of cleaning products was almost unbearable, I had to keep the window open. Plus, I thought the pool would be a relaxing escape, but alas, my room key wouldn't even open the pool door! I almost, almost thought about giving a good review, but these issues were too much to overlook. I'm disappointed.

The King Room impressed me with its cleanliness, comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. A variety of food options during breakfast kept my mornings interesting. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor area, perfect for family activities and evening gatherings. However, parking proved a challenge, especially after dinner. although manageable, a more organized approach would help greatly. The window curtains didn’t block enough light, affecting sleep quality. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the friendly attitude of staff members, especially in the breakfast area.

I truly enjoyed the outdoor games that made family time delightful. The breakfast options were satisfying, including some delicious choices that helped start the day right. Staff members were exceptionally friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Parking situation was a bit tight.

We really loved room 314. it was super clean and comfy. The decor made us feel right at home. The outdoor garden area and heated swimming pool were perfect spots for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the breakfast room felt a bit cramped when busy, but it didn’t spoil our overall experience. 😊
